Our main goal is to keep rents as affordable as possible. Rent increases are always justified by a jump in the consumer price index.

Now that we are certified, you can be sure to obtain excellent value.

In addition to our certification, the quality of our client services and the wide range of excellent services in our residences make us stand out. You will be supported by a team of employees committed to ensuring your well-being and meeting the specific needs of each tenant.

You will see that a family spirit prevails in our residences!

We allow small pets because we understand that, for some tenants, their pet is essential to their quality of life.

We offer two-bedroom units where two or more people can live. Rent (which includes services such as meals) is adjusted to the number of people living in the apartment.

 

Our residences consist of between 95 and 180 apartments and provide a community feeling that is very present.

The transition from your private home to our community will be easier than you think since the services offered allow you to remain independent. For example, you continue to prepare your own breakfast and dinner. For lunch, you are served at your table (unlike other places where you line up with a tray).

You qualify for a tax credit if you’re 70 or older. You might also be eligible for a housing allowance.

One of our agents will be happy to explain exactly how to sign up for these programs.

Two tenant attendants are on hand to look after security when our day staff is away.

They respond to emergency calls that you can make directly from the telephone in your apartment and inspect the premises twice every evening. Since they live on site, they can take quick action to ensure peace and quiet at all times.

 

Our leisure committees are set up by tenants and supported by management. The tenants are consulted about the choice of activities in order to ensure that their needs are met rather than imposing activities on them.

You're free to take part and invited to suggest your own ideas.

 

With our varied menus, you'll always be able to choose a meal that is balanced and to your taste. 

Tenants must be autonomous.

If their autonomy decreases, we intervene quickly to redirect them so that their needs are met.
