Cutting your costs further

Rent for our apartments is set at affordable rates. In addition, two government assistance programs can help you cut your costs further (up to $125 a month). Our residences offer a free service to help you apply for and manage these programs.

• A 30% tax credit for home support for seniors provides an average of $45 a month. People aged 70 or over are eligible. Consult the Revenu Québec website for more details.

•  A housing allowance is available for low-income households and can represent up to $80 a month. Consult the Société d'habitation du Québec website for more details.
