The ENHARMONIE network owes a good deal of its strength to the collaborative efforts, mutual support and synergy of the managers and employees running our 10 residences.
Our network is made up of dedicated, enthusiastic people including receptionists, managers, kitchen workers, maintenance staff, security agents and more. The different faces on our team form a mosaic of altruism and talent that greatly benefits our tenants.
The managers of our residences meet regularly in an effort to strengthen and nourish their leadership skills. These meetings keep everyone updated and ensure that procedures are consistent throughout all residences. Professionals like architects and engineers also provide much-appreciated expertise.
Our staff is guided by a detailed code of ethics that fully respects our tenants' private lifes. Furthermore, a complaints procedure and referral service are in place to deal with any issues that might arise.
