Quality Standards
If you want to provide excellent service, you need to pay careful attention when choosing the people in your team. In our case, our employees must possess great organizational skills, a professional demeanour and exceptional personal qualities. They must also strive to outdo themselves in order to ensure highest quality standards.
To achieve our goals, we provide our employees with ongoing training programs and stimulating work conditions that keep them feeling fulfilled.
Given the expertise we’ve acquired in urban housing in the past 40 years, we can vouch for the quality of construction of our residences and maintain them in good condition. Our ties with building professionals are a clear advantage that guarantees quick, effective troubleshooting to preserve the quality of our premises.
Our NovoClimat certification (an energy standard that most of our residences meet) attests to our commitment to intelligent comfort. What’s more, the architecture awards and distinctions we’ve earned underline the rigorous standards that we’ve set for ourselves and that have contributed to our success.
Certificate of compliance for seniors’ residences
Certification is a recent measure used to ensure and recognize that seniors’ residences comply with social and sanitary requirements. An independent organization, the Conseil québécois d’agrément, inspects residences to make sure that their operator and staff respect these requirements set by a bylaw that came into effect in February 2007.
As of December 15, 2009, all our residences have been certified by the Agence de la santé et des services sociaux de Montréal.
“I’m particularly proud of these results because achieving them required teamwork, professionalism and compassion.”
