Résidence Des Ateliers is now open to visitors! Visit several model units of the brand new Résidence Des Ateliers during our Open House event on November 26, 2022. Take advantage of this last rental phase to determine your unit in a beautiful new building! Résidence Des Ateliers offers comfortable and bright spaces, several services designed to make your everyday life easier as well as a prime location right next to Rosemont metro station. The Open House event will take place on November 26, 2022. It is exclusively for seniors interested in a non-subsidized apartment*. Rent for non-subsidized apartments can be found in our section Our apartments. To participate in our Open House event, you have to meet the eligibility criteria for Résidence Des Ateliers. Résidence Des Ateliers is a smoke-free environment. Smoking will be prohibited everywhere in the building, including in apartments and on balconies. Visits will take place in guided groups. Places are limited and reservation by email or telephone is required. At the time of your visit, some finishing work may still be in progress, but your visit will take place in a safe environment. Visits will take approximately 90 minutes including an information session.
