One of our spacious 3 1/2 in the presbytery of the former Church Saint-Eugène will be available as of January 1, 2018!

Résidence Saint-Eugène has given a new vocation to the former Church Saint-Eugène and its presbytery. The church with its high ceilings and abundant fenestration has been transformed into the dining room and common room, while the presbytery now houses 6 apartments on 3 floors. 

One of these apartments, a spacious 3 1/2 with approximately 764 sq.ft., will be available for rent as of January 1, 2018. The semi-basement unit is very bright with a West facing terrace. 

Please note that the presbytery is not linked with the main building of the residence. You will feel like living in a private home! And while our formula normally includes one meal per day, you will have the option to rent with our without the meal plan. 

It is also important to know that the presbytery is not equipped with elevators and that the laundry room is on the 3rd floor.
